How to Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your LifeTag AI account and all associated data using one of the methods below.
Method 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the LifeTag AI app on your device
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision when prompted
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to:
Please include:
- Your registered phone number
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, phone number, email)
- All chat messages and conversation history with the AI
- Any uploaded profile pictures
- Business information (if applicable)
- Authentication tokens and session data
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your data or conversation history. You may create a new account in the future, but previous data will not be restored.
Data Retention
Upon account deletion:
- Personal data is deleted immediately from our active systems
- Backup data is purged within 30 days
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics
